2 eggs 180 ml of water
Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) 1.5 tbsp
Appropriate amount of ingredients (1 shiitake mushroom and 3 kamaboko are used in this article)

How to make

Put eggs, water and noodle soup in a bowl. Be careful not to whisk, and mix well to remove the whiteness.

Strain it with a tea strainer or a colander and put it in a deep heat-resistant container (cocotte, pottery buckwheat noodles, etc.) and put the ingredients. This time I used shiitake mushrooms and kamaboko.

Wrap it gently and put it in the microwave. Heat at 500W for 3 minutes, take it out and harden it, then it's done. If loose, heat for an additional 30 seconds.
