Butternut Recipes! "Butternut Potage Soup" & "Butternut Oven Baked

Excellent recipe "butternut" pumpkin potage!

This is a recipe for a fluffy potage using sticky smooth pumpkin "butternut". So easy, yet so darn tasty!

Material ( Serves 2 to 3 )
butternut 1/2 piece
(cow's) milk 2 cups
granulated consomme 2 teaspoons
salt and pepper proper quantity

Excellent recipe for butternut

Butternut" is a pumpkin with a cute gourd-like shape. As its name suggests, butternut is a pumpkin native to South America with a sticky, smooth, buttery texture and nutty flavor. It is often seen at vegetable stands.

We would like to introduce two excellent menus using this butternut! One is "potage soup" and the other is "oven baked". Both are easy to make yet insanely delicious, so I recommend them!

Butternut Potage Soup

Ingredients

1/2 butternut
2 cups (400 ml) milk
2 teaspoons consommé
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut butternut in half and hollow out the seeds. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Adjust the cooking time according to the butternut's condition.

Hollow out the softened butternut kernels with a spoon and place them in the pan.

Add the milk to the pumpkin and blend once.

Add the granulated consommé and heat over medium heat. When the mixture begins to puff up around the edges in small pieces, turn off the heat just before it comes to a boil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl and you're done!

How does it taste?

Delicious! The sweetness of the pumpkin and the mildness of the milk spread in your mouth. The smooth texture and rich, mild thirst-quenching taste are perfect for the chilly season. If you blend the soup with a blender, it will become fluffy and soft.

Oven-baked butternut

Ingredients

1/2 butternut
Olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut butternut in half and remove seeds.

Cut into bite-size pieces about 1 cm thick.

Place the butternuts on a baking sheet, sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper on top, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, and you're done!

How does it taste?

The surface is soft and crispy, but the nuts inside are hunky-dory! The fragrant olive oil makes the butternut even smoother in the mouth. The salt and pepper enhance the sweetness of the savory pumpkin, so I recommend using a mill to coarsely and garishly sprinkle the salt and pepper to add a nice accent to the baking process!

Butternuts can be used in a variety of other ways, such as in baking sweets or using the whole nut in a gratin. Try them in a variety of ways!
