Noodle soup (3 times concentrated) 1 tablespoon
miso 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic tube 1 cm
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
White sesame, chili oil, green onions Appropriate amount
Somen For 1 person

Arrange the summer classic "somen" soup in a dandan noodle style! It is mellow, spicy, and delicious with the savory flavor of sesame. You can make it with the materials you have at home.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

3 tablespoons soy milk
3 tbsp water
Noodle soup (3 times concentrated) 1 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon miso
Garlic tube 1cm
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
White sesame, chili oil, green onion 1 bunch of somen

How to make

Combine soy milk, water, noodle soup, miso, garlic tube, and sesame seeds in a container (or directly on buckwheat noodles) and mix well. Be especially careful not to leave the miso undissolved.



Topped with white sesame, chili oil, and green onions.


Eat with boiled somen noodles.


What is its taste?
