Qu'il fait bon "Mishima mango tart from Shizuoka prefecture" store ・ For a limited time --Only use ripe mango with natural fruit drop!

At the fruit tart specialty store "Kirfebon", the new "Shizuoka Prefecture Mishima Mango Tart", which uses plenty of ripe mango from Shizuoka, will be sold only at two stores, Shizuoka and Hamamatsu.

Miyazaki Prefecture is famous for domestic mangoes, but this time it contains the Irwin variety "Mishima Mango" cultivated in Shizuoka Prefecture, which has a warm climate. It features a glossy bright red skin that melts in the texture, a rich sweetness and a moderate acidity. One of the so-called apple mangoes.

It is grown from underground water pumped from the underground water of Mt. Fuji. In addition, the seedlings were planted in a special pot and a box using non-woven fabric, and while applying moderate stress to the roots, each pot was cultivated by adjusting fertilizer and water content, and finally the fruit fell naturally on the net. Only ripe fruits are harvested.

A lot of three and a half pieces are used in one hole for the tart. Carefully sliced mango is layered on top of each other to create a nice finish.

The selling price is 1,836 yen for pieces (tax included, same below), and 18,360 yen for halls (25 cm). It will be on sale at the end of July.
