It will be on sale for a limited time from July 12th to 21st at a total of 2 stores, "Grand Maison Ginza" in Tokyo and "Grand Front Osaka Store" in Osaka.

"Fuji no Kagayaki" was born by multiplying Shine Muscat with a variety called Wink. It has beautiful blue-black and pepper-shaped fruits, firm skin and flesh, and at high sugar content, like honey. Characterized by rich sweetness.

Made at the "Shimura Grape Research Institute" in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, it was named after Mt. Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan, to become a representative variety of Japan.

This time, the custard with sour cream is sprinkled with lemon, and the grapes are decorated with the cassis-flavored cream. The thick and chewy flesh and the refreshing cream go well together.

The selling price is 1,490 yen for pieces (tax included, same below), and 14,904 yen for halls (25 cm). The tax rate is different for cafes.
