pumpkin 300g (10.58oz)
salad oil 1/2 tablespoon
sugar 2 teaspoons
butter 10g (0.35oz)
salt (i.e. sodium chloride) proper quantity

Baked pumpkin with salted butter

300 g pumpkin
1/2 tablespoon salad oil
2 teaspoons sugar
10 g butter
salt to taste

Directions

Slice pumpkin into 1 cm pieces.


Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pumpkin.


When both sides turn brown, add sugar and butter, toss and turn off the heat.
