■ Materials
・ 8 pork loins (for shabu-shabu) ・ 8 shiso ・ 4 myoga ・ Appropriate amount of plum meat ・ 1/2 bag of bean sprouts ・ 1 tablespoon of sake

■ How to make
1. Put plum meat, shiso, bean sprouts, and shredded Japanese ginger on the pork.


2. Wrap the vegetables with Quruli and pork and arrange them on a bakeware.
