Marugame Seimen will release "Kokumami Pork Shabu Shabu Udon" as part of its summer udon series on July 26, 2012, for a limited time only until late August (sales start and end dates may vary by store).

Kokumami Pork Shabu Shabu Udon Noodle

Koku-ichibu Pork Shabu Shabu Udon is a dish of cold udon noodles with a generous portion of pork shabu shabu on top. The tender pork shabu, which has been carefully blanched in the restaurant and then cooled in water, is served with a special garlic-flavored sauce to create a hearty, hearty dish. The accompanying mayonnaise gives the dish a rich and addictive flavor.

The vegetables that add color to the dish are onions for a refreshing taste and potherb mustard for a crunchy texture. Even on the hottest days, Marugame Seimen's cold udon noodles are smooth and easy to enjoy. The noodles are made from 100% domestic wheat flour, salt, and water, and are freshly cooked and then rehydrated to give them a pleasant firmness when you bite into them. The thick bukkake broth and freshly made udon noodles go perfectly with the unique ingredients.

Prices including tax are (regular) 690 yen, (large) 810 yen, and (special) 930 yen. Take-out is also available.

Take-out udon is available only in regular and large sizes.
A separate charge of 30 yen per cup will be added to the take-out price.
