chicken leg meat two sheets (pieces) (of paper)
ume liqueur 70ml (2.37us fl oz)
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
oil 1 tablespoon

Ingredients

2 chicken thighs
70ml (2.37us fl oz) plum wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil

Directions

Cut the chicken thighs from the muscle.


Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly brown both sides, starting with the skin.



Wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper.


Add the plum wine and soy sauce and cook, turning the chicken over occasionally, until the liquid is reduced.
