2 tablespoons soy sauce
10g (0.35oz) butter
Parsley (if using)
Directions
Peel the fresh onion and cut into rounds about 1.5 cm thick. Also combine soy sauce and grated garlic.
Stick a toothpick into the sliced fresh onion and dust both sides with potato starch.
Heat butter in a frying pan and add the fresh onions, turning them over until browned on both sides.
When the fresh onions are cooked, add the garlic soy sauce and toss. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley if you like, and you're done!
