Material ( Serves 4 to 6 )
Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng) one (object)
pancake mix 200g (7.05oz)
egg two (objects)
(cow's) milk 100cc
sugar 40g (1.41oz)
salad oil 1 tablespoon

Don't waste your time saying, "I don't like carrots because they are bitter..."! If you use pancake mix to make "carrot cake," it can be very tasty. And this time, we will introduce a recipe that is extremely easy to make using a rice cooker.

Carrot Cake" recipe easily made with pancake mix and rice cooker

Ingredients

Here is what you will need

1 carrot
200 g pancake mix
2 eggs
100 cc milk
40 g sugar
1 tablespoon salad oil

Directions

Grate carrots or grind in a food processor until finely ground.


In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and sugar, and add the grated carrot mixture.



Add the pancake mix and mix briefly, then add the salad oil.


Spread a thin layer of salad oil (not included) or butter on the inside of the rice cooker, pour in the batter and tap the bottom a few times to release the air, then start cooking rice.


When the rice is cooked, transfer it to a plate and it is done! If the inside of the rice is still raw when you stick a skewer or something into the rice, please cook the rice again.

This time I cooked rice twice.


How does it taste?
