The new menu "Hamaguri Udon " is on sale from February 4th at each Sanuki udon chain "Hanamaru Udon" store. Limited time until mid-March. * Stores in both Aomori and Yamagata prefectures and some stores in other areas are not covered.

Hanamaru Udon "Hamaguri Udon"

Spring limited menu that will continue to appear last year. "Kakedashi" made with Hanamaru's proud sardines is combined with the condensed umami of clams to create the udon noodles unique to this menu. The price is 540 yen for small size, 640 yen for medium size, and 740 yen for large size (excluding tax).

The clear soup stock has a deep finish with the umami of clams. It has a gentle taste that can be enjoyed as a soup.


The ingredients are clams and wakame seaweed. There are plenty of clams with shells, and the size of one is quite good. You can fully enjoy the taste of clams. Wakame seaweed, which is a familiar ingredient for udon noodles, is also caught by clams to enhance the rocky shore and make it even more flavorful.



The umami is rich but gentle, and it's delicious even when your stomach feels tired. Please try the clam udon that you rarely have the chance to eat at home during the period.
