At each store of the Sanuki udon chain "Hanamaru Udon", "Hamaguri Udon" with the flavor of shellfish is on sale. It will be available for a limited time from February 4th to mid-March.

Udon noodles with various shellfish such as clams and oysters are often seen, but clam udon noodles are a standard spring menu item that appears in February every year.

Udon soup stock is a major feature. "Kakedashi", which uses Hanamaru's proud sardines, and the umami, which is a condensed clam, are combined. In addition, there are plenty of clam shells themselves, so it's a delicious dish.

The selling price varies depending on the size of the udon, (small) is 540 yen, (medium) is 640 yen, and (large) is 740 yen. Both are tax-excluded.

As a general rule, clam udon is handled at Hanamaru Udon nationwide, but please note that stores in both Aomori and Yamagata prefectures and some stores in other areas are not eligible.
