Spring creative udon "Asari Udon" using shelled clams will be released on March 1st at each store of the bowl chain "Nakau". The price is average 590 yen (tax included).

Clam udon is a warm udon that is made by adding butter and chili peppers to the boasted udon soup stock made with bonito and kelp, and adding plenty of shelled clams. Green onions are topped with colorful accents.

The clams with shells contain all the broth and umami. It seems that it is finished in a cup where the scent of the tide spreads gently.
