[Tasting] For eating out while sugar is restricted! What is the satisfaction level, cost performance, and sugar content of Jonathan's "Eat a day's worth of vegetables! Veggie Tanmen"? --Can be changed to zero sugar noodles for an additional 100 yen

The low-carbohydrate menu "You can eat one day's worth of vegetables! Veggie tanmen (zero-carbohydrate noodles)" sold by Jonathan was actually eaten by the author who is loosely restricting sugar. Check the taste and satisfaction as well as the amount of sugar you care about!

Jonathan's "One day's worth of vegetables! Veggie tanmen" is a tanmen that uses 350g (12.35oz) of vegetables. It is usually 899 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below), but you can change it to zero sugar noodles for +100 yen.

When changing to zero-sugar noodles, the amount of sugar per serving is 17.3g (0.11oz) (including ingredients, soup, and noodles). When I contacted Skylark, it was said that normal vegetable men had a sugar mass of 67.7 g, so it was cut to about 1/4. The calories of regular vegetable noodles are 730 kcal, and that of zero-sugar noodles is 353 kcal, which is about half.

Calories: 353 kcal
Salt: 7.8g (0.28oz)
Sugar mass: 17.3g (0.11oz)

■ What is the essential taste?
Plenty of ingredients such as bean sprouts, pumpkins, baby corn, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, pork, mushrooms, and more! Since the noodles are simply changed to zero sugar noodles, the soup is also seasoned so that it does not feel unsatisfactory. It's mellow, rich and easy to drink! The vegetables are also well-stained.

The noodles you care about have a texture that is close to the middle between the crispy texture of konjac and the chewy texture of Chinese noodles. It is slightly curly and is characterized by being slippery and easy to slurp. The author is not good at the strange elasticity of low-carbohydrate noodles sold at supermarkets, but this noodle was delicious because it has less habit. It's not like "real Chinese noodles!", But I'm very satisfied considering the sugar mass and calories!

In addition, white pepper is also provided, so you can sprinkle it if you like. It is recommended because it adds a crisp accent to the soup with a soft taste and gives a firm taste.

Noodles that are difficult to reach during sugar restriction. The menu is full of vegetables, low in sugar, and you can eat it without feeling guilty. I think there are many opportunities to put up with something while limiting carbs or on a diet, but don't overdo it. Let's make good use of these zero-sugar noodles to satisfy the "desire to eat ramen" ♪
