Easy with a frying pan! Kanetsu "Konnyaku Kinpira Stir Fry" is just stir-fried with vegetables--1 bag 56kcal and healthy and happy

Easy with a frying pan! I actually made "Konnyaku Kinpira Stir Fry" sold by Kanetsu. Satisfaction is improved with the konjac's plump texture!

This is a set of konjac made from 100% domestic konjac flour and kinpira sauce. You can easily make kinpira just by adding sauce and stir-frying with your favorite vegetables such as carrots. Calories are 56 kcal per bag (excluding vegetables).

Stir-fried konjac kinpira

[How to make]
1. Lightly wash the konjac and drain it.

2. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat it, and fry the vegetables such as carrots until they have the desired hardness. I used the one that I bought at the supermarket and prepared in advance.

3. Add konjac, add the attached sauce when the water is gone, and boil it so that it doesn't burn.

■ There is chewy
Since konjac is chewy, one bag is quite satisfying. You can enjoy it deliciously by adding sesame seeds or chili peppers if you like. Not only for side dishes, but also for sake snacks!

To pinch a little ◎

"Konnyaku Kinpira Stir Fry" is easy to make and seems to be useful when you want to add one to your usual side dish. Why don't you pick it up when you see it?
