Iwasaki Honpo "Nagasaki Kakuni Manju"

Iwasaki Honpo is conducting a campaign to make all shipping charges free when the mail order destination is "Tokyo".

The GoTo Travel Campaign was held from July 22nd without the spread of the new coronavirus converging all over the country, but "Tokyo is excluded". From the desire to enjoy the taste of Nagasaki, we have started a campaign to deliver "free shipping" instead of the normal shipping fee of 990 yen only for orders with "delivery destination is Tokyo (including home)".

Hirotaka Iwasaki, the founder of our restaurant, wishes to make Dongpo pork "easier" and "more delicious", which is one of the full courses of Nagasaki's unique banquet dish "Shippoku". "Nagasaki Kakuni Manju" was created by sandwiching Kakuni, which is made by slowly boiling pork, into a fluffy dough. For pork ribs, we use "Chilean Andean highland pork" that we searched around the world for several years. Using soy sauce and flour exclusively for Iwasaki Honpo, we make it by hand as much as possible without relying on machines, and pursue unique taste without using seasonings.
