Ebisu

"Yoshiharu Ebisu" is a set menu "Sasanqua / Hokkaido Soba" where you can enjoy sushi, soba, tempura, and bowls all at once. In addition to tasting the sushi of this tuna, the amount of tempura shrimp has been increased. The contents of sushi are partially different between stores in Hokkaido and Kanto. The selling price is 2,079 yen (tax included, same below).

Honmaguro Sushiyama Yam Soba

"Honmaguro Sushi Yamaimo Soba" is one of the "Honmaguro" menus limited to the year-end and New Year holidays. It is said that this tuna, which has a cultivated period of one year or more and has a good taste, is selected and used, and can be tasted in a well-balanced manner together with the umami of large toro, medium toro, and lean meat. The selling price is 1,859 yen.

Mini book tuna bowl yam soba

"Mini Tuna Bowl Yamaimo Soba" is also one of the year-end and New Year limited tuna menus. You can enjoy both the bowl of tuna and soba, which are chopped and chewy. The selling price is 1,969 yen.

Three kinds of tuna

"Three kinds of tuna" is also one of the tuna menus, and you can enjoy it as sushi. The selling price is 858 yen.
