"GINZA SIX", the largest commercial facility in the Ginza area, will open on April 20th. To commemorate this, limited menus and special menus will be offered at 27 restaurants and cafes in GINZA SIX.

72 Degrees' original open sandwich "faceUp" is a store with the image of "an active and healthy lifestyle in Southern California". Cream cheese, 4 kinds of fresh berries and marshmallows are topped on the bread. You can enjoy the richness of cheese, the acidity of berries, and the texture of fluffy marshmallows along with the scent of honey and mint.

Tajima beef T-bone steak finished by "fermentation aging method". The meat, which has been fermented and aged for 100 days, is grilled over charcoal. It is said to be the "best finish" in terms of taste, aroma, and texture.

A sukiyaki / beef shabu-shabu specialty store that offers Matsusaka beef carefully selected by the Matsusaka meat specialty store "Asahiya". Sukiyaki of Matsusaka beef is prepared with "Oju", which brings out the soft and mellow taste and aroma under the "secret" warishita.

A seafood restaurant born in Shibetsu-cho, Hokkaido, the gateway to Shiretoko, which is blessed with abundant nature. Shiretoko Rokuho Seafood Bowl is a luxurious dish that includes fresh salmon roe and salmon directly from Hokkaido, snow crab sticks and loosened meat, scallops, and sea urchin "seafood six treasures".

Ginza Daishokudo Kobe Beef Steak Ishida "Kobe Beef Sirloin Steak Heavy"

A specialty store of "Suteki" using carefully selected "highest grade" Japanese black beef "Kobe beef" delivered from a contract ranch in Hyogo prefecture. Kobe beef sirloin steak heavy, you can directly taste "Kobe beef sirloin steak" which is characterized by a light and elegant taste baked by the chef on an iron plate.

JOE'S CAFE "TEA SWEETS SET"

First store in Japan. "TEA SWEETS SET", which is the representative menu of the shop, is "more special". You can choose your favorite sweets such as scones, pound cakes and madeleines lined up in a tray. The price starts from 1,250 yen.

First store in Japan. Kouign-amann is a combination of traditional French confectionery "Kouign-amann" and "Tarte Tatin". Apples boiled in butter and sugar are wrapped in brioche fiyute with plenty of butter and coated with caramel. The price is 450 yen.
