How does yogurt carbonara taste?

It looks exactly like carbonara! The thickening of the yogurt makes it as mellow as pasta made with cream.

When I tried it...

Refreshing and delicious! The richness of the milk and egg yolk gives it a thick texture, while the refreshing sourness of the yogurt leaves a soft aftertaste. But it is not too sour. Thanks to the Parmesan cheese, it is mellow. It's like adding sour cream! And you feel less guilty after eating it (*this is my personal opinion).

It is less expensive and less caloric than using whipped cream, so it solves the dilemma of "I want to eat it, but it's too expensive (in terms of cost or calories)...! This should solve the dilemma of "I want to eat it, but it's too expensive (in terms of cost or calories)! The slight sourness of the yogurt is also quite addictive!
