Let's enjoy "Sapporo Ichiban Soy Sauce" as "Chilled Chinese"! I actually made "Sapporo Ichiban! Easy Hiyashi Chuka" by referring to the recipe posted on the official website of Sanyo Foods.
【material】・ Sapporo Ichiban soup flavor 1 bag ・ 2 hams ・ 1 egg ・ 3 cherry tomatoes ・ Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds ・ Attached soup 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
・ 1 bag of attached special spice ・ 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
・ 1 teaspoon sugar
・ 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
・ 100 ml of water
[How to make]
1. Boil water in a pan, add noodles and boil for 4 minutes while loosening. Put the boiled noodles in a colander, cool them with running water, and drain them well.
2. Mix 2 teaspoons of boiled juice and the attached soup (1 and 1/2 teaspoon), dissolve, add vinegar (1 and 1/2 tablespoon), sugar (1 teaspoon), sesame oil (1 teaspoon), and then cold water. Add (100 ml) and mix.
3. Place the drained noodles on a plate, sprinkle the sauce made in 2, and top with your favorite ingredients (broth egg, ham, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, white sesame seeds, etc.) and you're done!
■ Mild acidity
Hiyashi chuka more than expected! The slightly soft noodles and the soy sauce flavor go well with the sauce. The amount of the recipe is modestly sour so that even children can easily eat it, so if you are not satisfied, you can add more vinegar. Personally, I felt a little salty, so I might add a little bit of the attached soup.

Hiyashi chuka made with "Sapporo Ichiban Soy Sauce" that you want to try on a hot day. It is also recommended to make it with "Sapporo Ichiban Sesame Flavored Ramen". Try it!
