【material】
・ 2-3 eggs ・ Sapporo Ichiban miso ramen powder soup 1 bag ・ Hot water 50ml (1.69us fl oz)
・ 1 teaspoon of vinegar
[How to make]
1. Make a boiled egg and peel it (you can choose the hardness of the yolk).
2. Put powdered soup, hot water and vinegar in a storage bag, and when the soup melts, add boiled eggs.
3. Remove the air, seal and leave in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, and when the egg is soaked in taste, it's done!
■ Slightly taste of miso
The one that had been soaked for about 2 hours still felt a little light, so I decided to soak it overnight. The taste of the soup soaks into the white meat, and the saltiness and the flavor of the miso spread softly to create a addictive taste! Depending on the arrangement, you can enjoy it in various ways, such as using it as a snack for sake or as a topping for salads and ramen. The taste ball of Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen that you can easily make. Please give it a try!
