Milky panna cotta

Material ( For 2 people )
Milky 20 pieces
milk 220ml (7.44us fl oz)
Fresh cream 150ml (5.07us fl oz)
Powdered gelatin 5g (0.18oz)
water 2 tablespoons
Mintha leaves if there is

Sweets recipe "Milky Panna Cotta" made using "Milky" which is delicious even if you eat it as it is. I actually made it by referring to the recipe posted on the Fujiya official website.

【material】
・ 20 milkies ・ 220 ml of milk
・ Cream 150ml (5.07us fl oz)
・ Powdered gelatin 5g (0.18oz)
・ 2 tablespoons of water ・ If you have mint leaves

[How to make]
Sprinkle gelatin powder into 1 or 2 tablespoons of water and let it soak.


2. Put milk, cream and milky in a pan and slowly melt the milky over low to medium heat.



3. Add the softened gelatin powder.


4. When it melts well, cool it until it becomes human skin, transfer it to a container and cool it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to complete it! (You can top it with mint leaves if you like)
