"Phrase Pistachio Verrine" is a sweet made of strawberry jelly, pistachio mousse, framboise, and shanti. It arrives by frozen delivery, so thaw it in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours before eating. Expiration date is 48 hours after the start of thawing.


When you open the lid, it's a bright red jelly. It entwines with the tongue and spreads the fruity sweetness of strawberries. Next is a smooth green mousse. Two types of roasted and fragrant pistachio paste are used, overwriting the taste with a nutty aroma. This mousse seems to be eaten forever.
