● How to make
Melt the eggs and chop the onions.
Put minced meat in a plastic bag and knead it. When it becomes sticky, add onions, beaten eggs, bread crumbs, milk, and salt and pepper, and rub it in further.
Heat the oil (outside the amount) in a frying pan. Cut the corners of the bag and squeeze it out, or mold it into a large circle from the top of the bag and take it out, then bake it one side at a time.
Turn it over when it becomes brown. When it is a little browned, put cheese on it, cover it, add a small amount of water, and steam it over low heat for about 7 minutes.
When it's cooked to the inside, it's done! Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
