A new product "Le Lectier and Cheese Souffle Tart from Shirone, Niigata Prefecture" will be on sale from November 23rd at each Kirfebon store. The price is 612 yen per piece and 5,832 yen for the hall (21 cm), both including tax.
This is a new tart that uses plenty of pear "Le Lectier", which has reached its opening day on November 21st. Slowly baked caramel-flavored cheese souffle, custard cream with a pear scent, and plenty of pulp are combined to finish.
You can enjoy the mellow scent of Lectier, the rich sweetness, and the fresh and melty texture.
