This is a bowl of tempura with 2 shrimp, 2 scallops, 4 kinds of seafood such as squid and gurnard, and 2 kinds of vegetable tempura. They are carefully dressed and fried one by one in the kitchen of the shop.
The sauce of the tendon is tailored to the taste of the region, and in eastern Japan, the taste of seafood is made with two kinds of soy sauce. Western Japan is seasoned with a mellow sweetness.
At the same time, the "Seafood Tentamadon", which is made by boiling the same 6 types of tempura in a sweet soy sauce sauce and softly binding it with eggs, is also on sale. All of these soy sauces are seasoned to suit their tastes in eastern and western Japan. The price is 530 yen (tax included).
