At each Mos Burger store (excluding some stores), "Moss Burger Shrimp Tempura" and "Moss Burger Shrimp Tempura" will be on sale for a limited time from May 24th.

Rice burger is a "rice burger" in which ingredients are sandwiched between rice plates made by baking rice instead of buns (bread). This time, two items using shrimp will be introduced with the motif of Tendon.

Banamei shrimp is used for the shrimp tempura. It is said that each batter is fried by hand at the factory so that it will bloom, and it is finished so that it has a crispy texture even after being soaked in sauce.

Moslice burger shrimp tempura uses two luxurious shrimp tempura. Ariake seaweed and fried green beans are combined.

"Tentsuyu-style sauce" pickled in tempura is based on dried bonito powder and kelp extract from Hidaka, Hokkaido, with soy sauce and yuzu flavor added. It is tailored to a deep taste. The price is 450 yen (tax included, same below).

Moss Rice Burger Well-barred Tentsuyu and Kakiage are made by placing seafood kakiage and shrimp tempura (1 bottle) on top of Ariake seaweed with a scent of tentsuyu-style sauce and sandwiching with rice plate. Seafood kakiage is made by wrapping squid, shrimp, onions, carrots, and edamame in a thin coat, and you can enjoy the crispy texture and taste of each ingredient. The price is 480 yen.
