A parfait that fulfills your strawberry-loving dreams
A luxurious parfait using Hakkaisan amazake and 15 seasonal strawberries, "Tokumori Ichigo Parfait with Hakkaisan Amazake," has been released at Uonuma Sweets Garden Natura in Minami Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. The price is 1,980 yen (excluding tax).
A "special" strawberry parfait with a height of over 30 cm, using 15 ripe strawberries with plenty of sweet juice. At the bottom of the glass is a jelly made from "Hakkaisan" amazake. I heard that this is a perfect match for strawberries.
