At Uonuma Sweets Garden Natura in Minami Uonuma, Niigata, the special strawberry parfait "ICHIGODARAKE", which was sold last year (2018) and had a great response, has been renewed and reappeared this year. The price is 1,980 yen (excluding tax).

This is a parfait that uses plenty of seasonal "ripe strawberries". Rare strawberry cheese, strawberry jelly, strawberry yogurt, strawberry sponge, strawberry whipped cream are layered in the glass, and strawberry fruits are piled up. The height is about 25 cm, and the number of strawberries used is 20. It's a strawberry dish for strawberry lovers.
