This is addictive! Shibuya "Hoi-san in Hanoi" is chewy and plump--A great lunch set includes fresh spring rolls full of vegetables ♪

"Four Shop Hanoi Hoi-san" is about a 3-minute walk from the west exit of the south ticket gate of JR Shibuya Station. It is a restaurant that serves pho at lunch time and pho as well as food and sake from all over Vietnam at dinner time.

In the middle of the slope

The name of the restaurant was taken from Mr. Hui, who lives in Hanoi and ate more than 500 phos in Vietnam when opening the restaurant. The Meguro store also opened in 2015.

We recommend the "Weekday Service Lunch", which is served from 11:30 to 15:00 on weekdays. A great value set where you can enjoy your favorite four or bun, side dish, and dessert from 900 yen including tax.

Recommended is the lunch set!

There is a wide variety of phos, including a gar soup made with chicken and a bo soup made with beef, and a lineup of seasonal limited menus. The author chose "Shrimp raw spring rolls" for "Seafood pho" of gar soup (900 yen including tax). When ordering, the clerk will ask you if you have coriander, so if you are not good at it, please decline it here.

Choose pho

If you choose a side dish

Let's wait while drinking lotus tea that comes out instead of water

Pho topped with squid, scallops, shrimp, pana shellfish, bean sprouts, green onions, coriander, and onions. An appetizing scent rises.

It came out earlier than I expected

Umaso!

The highly transparent soup, which is made by carefully removing the soup stock from chicken broth over 12 hours, has a light finish overall. When swallowed, the soft richness and umami spread slowly. With an exquisite taste that you won't get tired of, you can continue to drink forever.

The umami of the soup stock

Not to mention the deliciousness of the soup, what you should pay attention to is the Vietnamese dried noodles with tapioca! Mochimochi, Purupuru, Turunturun . Unique texture and elasticity that you feel every time you chew. Pho noodles had a thinner and smoother image, but I was a little surprised at the chewy texture that exceeded expectations.

Mochi, Puru, Turun

Excellent compatibility with topped seafood and crisp vegetables!

Shrimp and

Pana shellfish

If you want to change your mood, add seasoning (free). The homemade seasoning "Nuk Cham", which contains fish sauce (Vietnamese fish sauce), lemon, sugar, chili pepper, and garlic, adds a refreshing spiciness and sweet and sour taste.

Add a little

By the way, my recommendation is Vietnamese chili oil "Satay". A blend of garlic, chili pepper, lemongrass, dried shrimp, etc., with a spoonful of spiciness that remains in the back of your throat. There are many other seasonings such as chili, fish sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, pepper, and chili garlic vinegar. I'm glad that you can try all of them for free.

Will bring you when you order

The spring rolls on the side dish are a little big, but be sure to take a bite. You can enjoy the sweetness of crispy vegetables, the flavor of shrimp, the taste of meat, and various deliciousness in gradation. This spring roll alone seems to be enough for 5 or 6 rolls.

Sprinkle plenty of Nuk Cham

The dessert is lotus tea and ginger jelly. The slightly fragrant ginger refreshes the mouth. I think 900 yen is a great deal with this.

The point is the spiciness of the ginger that remains soft

Weekday limited lunch set of "Hoi San in Hanoi" with high satisfaction until the end. The speed from ordering to serving is fast, so it is also recommended for those who want to finish lunch quickly!
