KALDI "Bachan-yaki Set"

Bachan-yaki Set" is now on sale sequentially at KALDI Coffee Farm. Limited quantities available, priced at 1,080 yen (tax included).

This limited edition set includes a "Bachan-yaki small bowl" made using traditional Vietnamese methods and a "Pho Gá Set," a staple of Vietnamese cuisine, in a "handmade bag" made of woven sea glass.

Bachan-yaki is a type of pottery made in the village of Bachan, located near Hanoi, Vietnam. The patterns are hand-painted with lotus, chrysanthemum, dragonfly, and other auspicious items, each with its own meaning, such as "purity," "good luck," and "money luck.

The "Bat Trang Pottery Bowl" included in the set is stamped with "Bat Trang Vietnam," which can only be placed on pottery made by the 500-year-old traditional Bachan method. It is made of ceramic and measures 11.5 cm (diameter) x 5.5 cm (height).

Pho ger set" is an instant version of the most common "Pho ger" in Hanoi, the home of this dish. It comes with pho noodles, paste soup, and seasonings in a chicken broth flavor.
