A delicate texture that unwinds moisturized. Like castella, it has a light mouthfeel, but the taste is rich and rich. The melty sweetness with plenty of butter, the sweet and sour taste of apples and the crispy texture accentuate it, and it is excellent to say the least!

Melting castella x sweet and sour apples go great together

The mixed sweet potato kanro-ni adds a light texture and warm sweetness. It is more tasty and plays a role in the autumn-like tailoring.

The number of products is limited, so if you absolutely want to get one, go to Mitsukoshi early in the morning. I think it's worth it!
