At the Bunmeido Higashi-Ginza store, the To go menu "Castella Fruit Sandwich" will be on sale in limited quantities from October 1st. The lineup includes "Castella Fruit Sandwich Mix," "Castella Fruit Sandwich Melon & Melon," and "Castella Fruit Sandwich Shine Muscat."

For the first time, you can take home sweets made with castella, which has been well received at the BUNMEIDO CAFE Higashi-Ginza store on the 2nd floor of the store. Bunmeido's unique sweets are made with seasonal fruits sandwiched using "Tokusen Gosan Castella", which is carefully hand-baked by craftsmen one by one.

The castella dough, which is baked by carefully examining ingredients such as Hokkaido honey and Wasanbon sugar from Tokushima prefecture, with increased egg yolk, is characterized by its plump texture and rich taste. The original yogurt cream and various fruits complement the castella even more.

The cream uses an original cream developed exclusively for "Castella Fruit Sandwich". The yogurt cream, which the pastry chef has repeatedly prototyped, is characterized by its good mouthfeel and refreshing acidity.

BUNMEIDO CAFE's pastry chef selects the fruits to be sandwiched. From the seasonal fruits, the ones that are especially suitable for castella and cream are carefully selected. As the first step, you can enjoy "Mix", "Melon & Melon", and "Shine Muscat".
