Cocos "Pure Ice Fluffy Shaved Ice Fair"

Family restaurant Cocos will hold its summer classic "Pure Ice Fluffy Shaved Ice Fair" from June 27 to early September. To go is not available.

Jun-ice Fluffy Shaved

Ice

Fair Jun-ice is a highly transparent ice made by slowly freezing high-quality water at around -10℃ for 48 hours or more. Shaved ice at Coco's is made by shaving the pure ice into small pieces while allowing air into the ice to create a fluffy texture that rivals that of specialty ice stores.

This time, in addition to the very popular "Shirokuma," seven new flavors are available, including the new "Tiramisu - with Rum Flavor Raisin" flavor. All products are made with special syrups and toppings to create a luxurious parfait-like sweet. For the mini size, "Mini Miruku Kintoki," with the nostalgic gentle sweetness of Hokkaido adzuki beans and milk syrup, makes its first appearance.


The regular size lineup is as follows. Each is priced at 869 yen (tax included).

Shirokuma

: Shaved ice in the image of the Kagoshima specialty "Shirokuma," which is popular every year. The fluffy pure ice is covered with a gorgeous appearance, with plenty of fresh fruits such as kiwi, banana, and apple, cherries, mandarin oranges, pineapple in syrup, and Hokkaido adzuki beans. Enjoy it with a drizzle of milk syrup, which is served separately.

Tiramisu - with Rum Flavored Raisins -

A fluffy pure ice made into a tiramisu style. The mellow mascarpone and bitter coffee syrup are a perfect match. Rum-flavored raisins (non-alcoholic) are hidden between the soft whipped cream and mascarpone, adding a slightly adult flavor. The cream sandwich cocoa cookie on top has a crunchy texture.

Pop Blue

The fresh blue color and tropical flavor of the passion fruit flavor are perfect for summer. The color changes from blue to purple when lemon syrup (optional) is poured over the cookie, creating a cooler atmosphere. The optional crackling candy adds a refreshing soda-like burst, and the pop blue syrup adds the rich sweetness of the passion fruit flavor.

Strawberry

A classic shaved ice flavor is arranged like a shortcake with fluffy whip and strawberry compote. You can enjoy the harmony of the gently sweet whip, sweet and sour strawberry pulp, and rich white chocolate flakes.

Uji Kintoki

Shaved ice with a rich flavor using Uji green tea from Kyoto Yanoen. The top of the shaved ice is decorated with matcha powder, which gives the ice a delicate aroma and allows you to fully enjoy the elegant flavor of matcha tea. Enjoy it with sticky shiratama (white rice balls) and soft sweet Hokkaido adzuki beans.

Mango ~ with apricot bean curd~

Topped with a generous amount of mango in syrup. The mango syrup made with puree of Alphonso mango and orange juice has a refreshing flavor. The smooth apricot bean curd and the rich flavor of the mango are a perfect match.
