FamilyMart (Famima) will sell "Machi-Chuka no Niku Ankake Man" from its "Famima's Chinese Man" series. The release date is October 10. The price is 168 yen (tax included). Some stores may not carry the product.

"Machi-Chuka's Man with Meat Ankake" is a Chinese steamed bun that reproduces the taste of the popular "Meat Ankake" menu item at Machi-Chuka. The dough has a firm texture and is filled with pork and a Chinese starchy sauce inspired by Machi-Chukka. The pork is made from two different cuts of shredded pork, giving it not only a delicious flavor but also a pleasing texture. The Chinese starch sauce is based on koikuchi soy sauce, seasoned with glass soup, Chinese soup (tang), sugar, and sake, with Hokkaido Rishiri kelp extract added as a secret ingredient to give it a delicious flavor.
