The dough is made from fermented seeds used in homemade bread, etc., and the seeds are carefully prepared and kneaded over a 48-hour period, resulting in a rich flavor. This year, the temperature used to knead the dough has been reviewed to make it even fluffier and firmer. The filling is made with scallop dashi to bring out the flavor of pork, and authentic Chinese dashi with a secret ingredient of Shaoxing wine for a rich taste. The price is 140 yen (tax included).

A blend of 18 spices including cloves, cinnamon, and fennel with sweet and spicy aroma is used. Coconut milk (powder) is also used for a rich and spicy harmony. Price: 140 yen.

Tsubu-an man-ban (bun with a sweet bean filling) made from Hokkaido Dainagon azuki beans

Using large-grained Hokkaido Dainagon azuki beans, this tsubuan manju (bun with a sweet bean filling) allows you to enjoy the firm texture of the azuki bean grains. The dough is made with ginjo-shu-kasu (sake lees), which gives the bun a moist texture and ginjo aroma. The price is 130 yen.

Hokkaido azuki red bean paste bun (sesame flavor)

Hokkaido azuki beans, brown sugar from Tarama, Okinawa, and roasted sugar are used. The rich sesame flavor gives the bean paste a rich, thick, and smooth sweetness. Ginjo sakekasu (sake lees) is added to the dough. The price is 130 yen. Not available in Okinawa.
