FamilyMart "Famimaru PREMIUM" New Products

: 14 New Products From October 3, FamilyMart's private brand "Famimaru" will sequentially launch 14 new products in the "Famimaru PREMIUM" lineup, which focuses on ingredients and production methods.

Famimaru PREMIUM is the premium line of Famimaru products that offer high quality taste by focusing on ingredients and production methods. Only products that meet strict internal standards are released as PREMIUM products. To mark the second anniversary of FAMIMARU, we have renewed our pouch side dishes to make them even tastier. Baked goods, Japanese sweets, and dressings have been newly added to the lineup.

Below is a sampling of some of the products.

KOKUTOROKU Beef Stew

Thick slices of beef are heated in three stages for a total of about five hours, resulting in a beef stew with a tender, thick texture. The sauce is a combination of demi-glace, fond de veau, and other ingredients to give the meat and vegetables a delicious flavor. The price is 498 yen (tax included, same as below). The product will go on sale on October 9.

Goku-Juwa Hamburger Steak

A juicy hamburger steak with the flavor of the meat trapped in the teppan grill. It features a rich sauce made with fond de veau. The price is 450 yen. The product will go on sale on October 9.

Boiled sea bre

Sea bream from Ehime Prefecture is used. It is simmered with a rich flavor using boiled mirin (sweet cooking sake). The price is 468 yen. The product will go on sale on October 9.

Luxurious baumkuchen with the aroma of fermented butter

This rich and luxurious baumkuchen is made with fermented butter from France. It is enriched with fresh cream from Hokkaido. The baking process is long and slow, resulting in a fine texture that is moist and smooth to the touch. The price is 218 yen. The product will go on sale on October 3 in eastern Japan and October 8 in western Japan.

Marutto Ichigokuri Chestnut Dorayaki

Luxurious dorayaki with a soft, moist dough, containing a sweet red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans and a single chestnut. The price is 218 yen. The product will go on sale on October 3 in eastern Japan and October 8 in western Japan.

Taste the Ingredients: Three Italian Cheeses with Caesar Salad Dressing

This dressing is made with 100% Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, and Gorgonzola Italian cheeses, and uses two kinds of garlic ingredients (paste and dried garlic) to create a rich flavor. The price is 498 yen. The product will go on sale on October 10.

Gochimusubi Salmon roe soaked in soy sauce

Omusubi made with salmon roe from Alaska. The salmon roe, which is large and filling, is seasoned with Higeta Soy Sauce Honzen, a specially selected soy sauce, to give it a rich flavor (specifications for Hokkaido differ). The price is 330 yen. The product will go on sale on October 10.
