Okinawa Beni Imo Mont Blanc
Mont Blanc made with Okinawan beni imo (red sweet potatoes), which are characterized by their rich sweetness and sticky texture. The rich sweetness of the richly squeezed red sweet potato bean paste and the refreshing cheese cream are a perfect match. The mildly sweet brown sugar custard on the base and the ornately decorated "kanoko-mame" beans on the top accentuate the flavor of the cake. The price is 496 yen. The product will be on sale from September 1 to October 31.
