Chateraise "Grapes Sweets"

Grapes sweets using luxurious seasonal Yamanashi Pione grapes will be available at Chateraise stores for a limited time starting August 9. The lineup includes "Yamanashi Pione Rare Cheese Tart," "Fruit Bomb Cake Yamanashi Pione," and "Yamanashi Pione Grape Rice Cake.

Cheese Tart

This seasonal tart is made in the store's workshop, and is a gorgeous looking tart that allows you to enjoy the abundant seasonal Yamanashi Pione. The tart is made with rare cheese cream made from French cream cheese, softly baked sponge, and whipped cream with custard, and is lavishly decorated with sweet and refreshingly sour Yamanashi Pione grapes cut at the store. The sweetness of the Pione is complemented by the strawberries and refreshingly sour rare cheese cream. The price is 2,592 yen (including tax) for a 15cm-diameter whole and 388 yen for a piece. On sale from August 9 to around August 24.

Fruit Bomb Cake - Pione from Yamanashi Prefecture

The cake is made of softly baked cocoa sponge, refreshing Shine Muscat mousse, and mellow aroma grape mousse, combined with apple jelly as a textural accent, and decorated with rich tasting Yamanashi Pione in the store's workshop. The cake is decorated with richly flavored Yamanashi Pione grapes in the shop's workshop. The aroma of Pione fills the mouth with this grape-filled cake. The price is 475 yen. Available from August 9 to August 24.

Seedless Pione grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture, characterized by their rich sweetness, mellow aroma, and refreshing sourness, are wrapped whole in gyuhi, a seasonal Japanese confectionery that lets you savor the season's delicacies. The rich juice will fill your mouth. The price is 421 yen for 3 pieces. The product will go on sale around August 25. The release date may be subject to change due to weather conditions as the product is an agricultural product.
