Tasted "Mishima's Yukari Salted Yakisoba" (salt yakisoba)

Ace Cook Mishima

no Yukari Shio Yakisoba I found a cup yakisoba "Mishima no Yukari Shio Yakisoba" sold by Ace Cook at a supermarket! I actually bought it and tried it. The estimated price is 236 yen (excluding tax).

This is the second collaboration with "

Mishima

's Furikake Series," a long-seller in the furikake world. The noodles have just the right amount of elasticity and firmness to go well with the sauce, and the salt sauce with a hint of bonito flavor has been combined with the noodles. The flavor of sesame oil spreads through the noodles, and is said to be a perfect match with the flavor of the red shiso mushrooms used as an ingredient. The kayaku (dried herring roe) is made with flavorful red shiso, richly flavored sesame seeds, and colorful green onions.

The noodles are crispy, and the sauce has the flavor of dried bonito and just the right amount of saltiness. The combination of the crispy noodles with the flavor of bonito and just the right amount of salt, combined with the taste of "yukari", makes for a delicious combination! The overall flavor is light and refreshing, and the taste is not too strong. You can eat it without hesitation.

You can taste the flavor and aroma of the yukari, but personally, I think it tastes better with the yukari on top. ...... I should have bought the "Yukari" in furikake (sprinkled) form that was sold next to it! I regretted it. If you like yukari, I definitely recommend the "oichiyukari"!

The "Mishima no Yukari Shio Yakisoba" is a refreshing cup of yakisoba. If you like Yukari, you must check it out!
