Kanto-style and Kansai-style yakisoba at the same time!

Enjoy both Kanto style and Kansai style yakisoba at the same time. The Kanto-style yakisoba uses the familiar Peyoung Sauce Yakisoba sauce (Kanto), while the Kansai-style yakisoba uses a thicker, sweeter sauce (Kansai). You can enjoy the difference in taste between the two. Kayaku are cabbage, seasoned minced chicken, and dried bonito flakes.

To cook, peel off the outer film, peel off the lid halfway, and take out two bags of sauce, one bag of kayaku, and one bag of bonito flakes. Pour the kayaku over the noodles and pour boiling water up to the inner line. Remove the lid and pour one bag of yellow sauce over half of one side of the noodles and mix well. Pour the blue sauce over the other half of the noodles and mix well. Pour the bonito flakes over the half of the noodles with the blue sauce.
