I found a cup yakisoba "Mishima Hiroshi Dashi Shoyu Aji Yakisoba" sold by Ace Cook at a supermarket! I actually bought it and tried it. The estimated price is 236 yen (excluding tax).

This is the second collaboration with the long-selling "Mishima Furikake" series in the furikake world

!

In response to requests from fans, "Hiroshi" has made a new appearance. The noodles have a moderate elasticity and firmness, making them a perfect match for the sauce. The sauce is a dashi soy sauce sauce with the flavor of bonito. The sauce is flavored with sesame oil, which enhances the flavor of the Hiroshima chives. The kayaku (dried young greens) and sesame seeds add a rich flavor to this dish.


The recipe is simple. After pouring in hot water and draining, add the seasoning sauce and mix well, then add furikake and mix some more.



The noodles are crispy, and the dashi soy sauce has just the right amount of richness. The flavor of Hiroshima mustard goes well with the savory sesame flavor. The richness of the sesame oil adds a nice accent!


Compared to the " Mishima Yukari Salt Yakisoba " that I had before, the flavor is thicker, but lighter than most cup yakisoba. I wonder if the seasoning was made "light" to enhance the taste of furikake.


It is delicious as it is, but if you go to the trouble, we recommend you to add "oiri-hiroshi" to it! Try adding a little bit at a time as you eat it.


The "Mishima Hiroshi Dashi Shoyu Aji Yakisoba" is a must-try for Hiroshi fans. It would be fun to compare this yakisoba with the "Mishima no yakisoba with salt".
