This anpan is filled with tsubu-an (sweet bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans), which is easy to eat while frozen, and milk-flavored whipped cream, wrapped in a moist white bread. You can enjoy the dual flavors of tsubu-an (sweet bean paste) and whipped cream, which go well together. This time, the white bread has been renewed with a firmer, more moist texture to better match the tsubuan and whipped cream.
