Shikishima Baking (Pasco) will launch its third collaboration with Kumamoto Prefecture with "Steamed bread with milk and komeko", "Strawberry and milk pancake 2 pieces", and "Tomato baked curry bread" using "Kumamon" recommended ingredients. The products will be available at supermarkets and drugstores in the Kyushu, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, and Chugoku regions from July 1 to August 31. Both items are open price.

Steamed bread with milk and rice flour

The "Steamed bread with milk and rice flour" is a fluffy steamed bread made with Kumamoto rice flour and milk, and filled with whipped cream made with milk from Kumamoto Prefecture. The bottom of the steamed bread is covered with tsubuan (sweet bean paste).

Strawberry and Milk Pancake 2pcs.

The "Strawberry and Milk Pancake (2 pieces)" is a pancake with Kumamoto strawberries "Yubeni" jam and whipped cream with Kumamoto milk.

Tomato Curry Bread

Tomato Yaki Curry Bread" is a baked bread filled with Kumamoto tomato curry and baked. The spiciness of the curry is said to be low in order to bring out the flavor of the tomatoes. It is also characterized by the fact that it is not fried in oil.

The purpose of the collaboration is to support the recovery from the Kumamoto earthquake and torrential rain disaster, promote consumption of Kumamoto ingredients, and expand awareness of Kumamoto products. A portion of the proceeds, up to 500,000 yen, will be donated to promote agriculture in Kumamoto Prefecture.
