AWACHI BANKAN TART" The new "KAWACHI BANKAN Tart" will be on sale at 10 KIRUFEVON stores nationwide from May 1 (Mon.) to May 31 (Wed.).

Ehime Prefecture Kawachi-bankan is called "Japanese grapefruit" because of its bright yellow appearance and similar size. This new product, which uses plenty of Kawachi-bankan citrus, which can be enjoyed from spring to summer, will be available for a limited time only.

A slightly sweet tart with almond cream is slowly baked and layered with a refreshing sour cream custard. Kawachi Bankan orange, with its soft pulp full of juice and a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness, is displayed all over the tart. The refreshing taste is perfect for the early summer season.
