from Tokachi, Hokkaido Mangoes are usually associated with the tropics, but the "Silver Sun" is a mango grown in Tokachi, Hokkaido. Mangoes are cultivated in an environmentally friendly way, making maximum use of nature and renewable energy. The mangoes, which can only be produced in the northern part of Japan, are characterized by their rich sweetness with a sugar content of 15 degrees or higher and a fine, smooth texture. They are the only mangoes in Japan that are shipped in winter and are extremely rare.

The "Silver Sun" Tart from Tokachi, Hokkaido" is made by layering our famous custard cream and sponge, and representing the sun with mangoes on top of the cream, which is reminiscent of the silvery white world. This tart is a collaboration between "The Silver Sun" and Quilfévon.
