The "Pork Sautee with Rich Shaliapin Sauce" is a tender and satisfying pork barbecue topped with an abundance of Matsuya's special evolved shaliapin sauce. It is an "invincible set meal" that is sure to make your rice go down with a vengeance.

The sauce, which has been a favorite of many repeat customers since it was first sold, is a gutsy sauce made with onions and garlic that have been simmered until amber in color. To enjoy the fusion with rice and meat even more, we have added a new "Oyasari Sauce" to the menu this time. You can use Matsuya's special "magic sauce" to add your own toppings or to help you prepare meals at home. The list of products is as follows.
