The "Kainabe set meal" will go on sale at Matsuya on July 26 at 10:00 a.m. (except at some stores).

Kai-Nabe-Niku Set Meal

This year, Matsuya's "Kai-Nabe-Niku" is back again. The dish is packed with plenty of meat and colorful vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, onions, and green peppers, making it a satisfying meal that provides half of your daily vegetable intake. The daily vegetable requirement is the 350g (12.35oz) recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.


The meat and vegetables are mixed with a rich and slightly sweet spicy miso sauce that goes great with the rice. The rice is served in four sizes (small, medium, large, and extra large) at one price, so you can enjoy Matsuya's delicious rice as much as you like.

A small bowl of Matsuya's own "kimchi" or "half-boiled egg" can be selected. You can choose to add kimchi for a spicy and stimulating flavor to the rich claypot meat, or a half-boiled egg for a more mellow taste. You can enjoy the dish while changing the flavor.


The price is 750 yen with rice, miso soup, and a choice of small bowls of cooked food. Double portion is 1,150 yen.

The same price including tax for both in-store and take-out.
Take-out is also available. Miso soup is not included in the take-out price, but can be purchased separately for 60 yen.
