gâteauA unique Christmas treat from Minimal, this chocolate gâteau is made with two kinds of cacao beans and plenty of dried fruits, and can be enjoyed just like a stollen.
The marzipan in the center is made with chocolate from Brazilian cacao beans, which are known for their floral and festive flavors, and the richness of the almonds is combined with a floral aroma. To further enrich the overall impression, chocolate made from Ghanaian cacao nibs soaked in multiple spices was used for the dough. The combination of dried fruits, such as orange and cranberry, creates a richly aromatic gateau chocolate that can be enjoyed like a Stollen, with the gorgeous and spicy aroma of marzipan and dough and the fruitiness of the rich dried fruits.
